Setting Up Emails In Windows 10

This article will demonstrate how you can set up your email on Windows 10 Mail.

Please note that CTO Digital does not support 3rd party email applications, and therefore these guides are provided out of courtesy. 

Before proceeding with setting up your email on your iPhone / iPad, we would recommend that you try logging in with your credentials on our Webmail client, to ensure the login details are correct.




Now that you know that your email credentials are correct, we can continue setting up your email.

Step 1

1. Click the settings Icon in the bottom left-hand corner of the mail client.

Click Manage accounts

Click Add Account

Click Advanced Setup

Click Internet Email

In Email Address Enter your full email address.
In Username enter your full email address a second time.
In Password enter your accounts password.

In “Account name” put your company name
In Send messages using your name enter whatever you would like your name to appear as on emails (i.e. Your Name).
For the incoming server settings enter imap.stackmail.com
For the Account type ensure that it is displayed as a IMAP4

Step 8

Ensure the Outgoing server (SMTP) is set to smtp.stackmail.com
Make sure that Outgoing server requires authentication is ticked.
Ensure that Use the same username and password for sending emails is ticked.
Ensure that Require SLL is unticked for both incoming and outgoing emails.

Click “Sign in”

You should now have successfully connected your emails on your Windows 10 Mail PC. You will now start to receive emails via the Windows 10 Mail app.
